This retreat includes the ceremonial use of sacred medicine offered in a conscious, intentional, and grounded setting. Participation is entirely optional, and you are always free to decline or adjust your experience at any time.
This experience is not suitable for individuals who:
• Are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges (including psychosis or unmanaged bipolar disorder)
• Are pregnant
• Are taking medications that may contraindicate ceremonial medicine
• Feel uncertain or unsafe around altered states of consciousness
This retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and no medical claims are made. By booking, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, listen to your body, and communicate any relevant information when requested.
Yes. Please ensure you fast at least 6 hours before the ceremony time at 11am.
For you to have an optimum experience of the medicine, you should eat whole foods and avoid processed food, sugar, meats and dairy.
You can wear what you feel comfortable in. We recommend something comfortable for you to move in and to express your divine feminine. This could be dresses, leggings, loose trousers, ponchos, kimonos, ceremonial outfits, etc. You may get hot and cold, so please bring layers.
For your comfort, especially for your overnight stay, please bring your yoga mat, blankets, cushion/ pillow for you to sit on. We recommend this mat and cushion set - please click here, as it allows movement and comfort. You are also welcome to bring instruments, such as a drum, rattles, percussions and anything for the altar. Bring snacks to share, such as fruit, crisps, dips and anything you feel like, and a water bottle; as there is no drinking water on site. You may also bring some pens, journal and oracle cards. As it is a small space, we suggest you bring a bag, rather than a suitcase.
Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests. There is a limit of 6 spaces, so we may have to car share.

On site, there are beds for 6 people. At ceremony, you probably will not sleep very much. Please feel free to bring a cushion to lie on, in case.
It is a safe container for you to express yourself and be in community. You are welcome and invited to participate with the group or go inward. Anything goes. You may have profound experiences, feel strong emotions, dance and/ or release. One this is for sure, is that you are in a safe and sacred space to do so.
